Judge allows prosecution to pursue death penalty in Charlie Kirk murder case

In Utah, Judge Tony Graf rules prosecutors can seek the death penalty for Tyler Robinson, accused in the Charlie Kirk assassination case. Graf also found Utah County Prosecutor Christopher Ballard in civil contempt for breaching a pre-trial publicity order by making unnecessary comments to the media that implied guilt, prejudicing the proceedings.
