A witness filmed the line at a PennDOT Driver's Licensing Center moments before ICE made multiple arrests in Kittanning, Pennsylvania. A DHS spokesperson said 13 illegal immigrants 鈥� including from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan 鈥� were arrested and one will also potentially be additionally charged with resisting arrest and assault on an officer.
