Trump slams Democrats for partial government 'shutdown' during SOTU address
President Donald Trump blamed Democrats for the partial government shutdown on Tuesday night during his State of the Union address, after Senate Democrats again blocked Republicans鈥� attempt to fund the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
