Homan calls makeshift anti-ICE roadblocks in Minneapolis 'a joke'
White House border czar Tom Homan mocked anti-ICE agitators who set up roadblocks and checkpoints in Minneapolis as a "joke" on Wednesday, saying they are only harming their own communities.
