Cleanup efforts were underway in Taiwan’s Yilan County after Tropical Storm Fung-wong caused widespread flooding on November 12. Footage captured by Stanley Lin shows residents navigating the submerged streets of Suao Township in a vehicle carrying several people — and a cat perched calmly on board.
