The Health and Human Services Department released a parody drug ad after announcing a new strategy to go after deceptive and misleading direct-to-consumer drug advertising that RFK Jr. claims has gotten America "hooked" on pharmaceuticals.
After announcing a new strategy to ensure direct-to-consumer drug advertising is following the law and not introducing misleading or incomplete claims, the Trump administration released a parody drug advertisement to push its argument forward that poor regulation has led Americans becoming hooked on pharmaceuticals.
