Maine House's Democratic majority passed a censure resolution Tuesday night, after state GOP Rep. Laurel Libby refused to issue an apology for her decision to post an image of a high school transgender track and field competitor who won the state championship in women's pole-vaulting last week, but competed against men as recently as last year.
