Thousands visited the U.S. Capitol to pay their respects to former President Jimmy Carter while he was lying in state.
Thousands of visitors made their way to the U.S. Capitol from Tuesday night to Thursday morning to pay their respects to former President Jimmy Carter while he was lying in state inside the Rotunda.
