Nassau County officials praise officer who hit gun-toting suspect with cruiser
Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman and Nassau County Police Commissioner Patrick Ryder praised the "ingenious" officer and slammed a no-bail policy that put that suspect back on the streets in June.
